The guys over at RPM were thorough and efficient with my tire alignment and oil change. I was back in my car by the time they said I would be. They were recommended by Costco for tire alignment services, but I will stick with them going forward with for car service needs.

I took my 2012 Honda Civic in to have the front end checked out. Super quick appointment, gave me a ride back home, checked everything out, excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

PLEASE READ THIS! I was recommended this shop and based on google reviews they seemed pretty solid. (Yelp would disagree) However, there pricing is VERY HIGH. How high? They quoted $1,200 to replace the valve cover gaskets on my 2002 7.3 F350. A shop in the same area as them quoted me $260 for parts and labor. Maybe just one off quote? Nope! I did a side by side estimate and a nearly 10k job they quoted was quoted at $4,350 by a shop in Santa Rosa! That’s with parts and labor. While I am not saying this shop is dishonest, I think you should get a second estimate before bringing your vehicle here for mechanical work. I can’t speak for the other services they offer at this business since I was just here for automotive repair.
