Got a motor mount fixed here, super easy in and out friendly environment, these people are honest which im happy about. Not the cheapest mechanic but definately not the most expensive. You get what you pay for and rpm performed well!

7.3 Powerstroke diesel owner. Its been difficult to find a competent mechanic that can correctly diagnose and repair engine electronic wizardry.. I called and talked to the service manager about the check engine light and the code. After a few minutes I made the decision to have it repaired at RPM and not the dealer. I ordered a couple of maintenance services as well. The job was completed right. I received a through safety inspection report listing all the items that checked out and potential future issues. Post repair the engine runs better, mpg went up and the dreaded check engine light remains dark! I would recommend this shop. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. It's very likely that I'll bring my other vehicles here. I am a fan :) Update 8/23/18 - 3rd visit to the shop. I wouldn't change anything that i've said previously here. Highly professional, competent and customer focused.

Brad and his team are very professional. I had a nightmare situation with my vehicle in another shop. I reached out to Brad and explained the situation. He gave me a diagnostic and even stored the car during the time since I was out of state. I recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a trust worthy mechanic or machine shop. Did I mention they also have a Dyno tuning machine.

I'm a big fan of RPM I've been using their services for some time now. They are very professional, knowledgeable and have a great team of mechanics rounding out their staff. Their repair quotes are right on and reasonable. I drive with confidence knowing I have the RPM team on my side! Don always does an outstanding job in explaining all the repairs of my car. Heck his service is beyond compare to any mechanic, or car service area or depot in most areas if not in the whole entire bay area. I've attempted taking my vehicles to many other places and now I sacrafice a three hour drive just make sure my baby is seen by the most honest and caring company, and that is RPM. This shop practices integrity and honesty in every interaction and the wow factor of customer service that is above and beyond will speak for business. I would consider RPM a Gem, I'm a raving fan!
