After a year of getting the runaround about my AC and exhaust issues from My Mechanic in Rohnert park, I finally took my Subaru Forester to RPM in Rohnert Park. They diagnosed the problem within hours and had my car running smoothly again in just a few days. I'm incredibly grateful for their expertise and quick service. RPM is a family run business. They treated me like family when they came and picked up my car at my work and left me a free loaner car to drive. My car was done in a day and runs perfectly.

Visited rpm and work was completed in a timely manner and feel confident in their workmanship. Just arrived home from a long drive and the smoothest ride, I’ve had in a long time. After being given the run around at the dealership rpm has just gained a happy new customer.

Service writer was very helpful and informative. Communication was also top notch. I haven’t had much experience with their repair shop yet, but their machine shop rebuilt my 6.0 Powerstroke short-block a few years ago and it has been flawless for 40,000 miles. No oil leaks or mechanical issues. I would recommend both their shop and machine services based on previous experiences.

This place is great. Have ran into a few problems but rpm had taken care of them every time. I will only use them for future repairs to my vehicles.
