PLEASE READ THIS! I was recommended this shop and based on google reviews they seemed pretty solid. (Yelp would disagree) However, there pricing is VERY HIGH. How high? They quoted $1,200 to replace the valve cover gaskets on my 2002 7.3 F350. A shop in the same area as them quoted me $260 for parts and labor. Maybe just one off quote? Nope! I did a side by side estimate and a nearly 10k job they quoted was quoted at $4,350 by a shop in Santa Rosa! That’s with parts and labor. While I am not saying this shop is dishonest, I think you should get a second estimate before bringing your vehicle here for mechanical work. I can’t speak for the other services they offer at this business since I was just here for automotive repair.

If you plan on getting your car worked on at this place just know you’re in good hands! They are quick and always giving updates!

The RPM staff did detailed diagnostics on my truck with resolution of my check engine light accomplished. They were professional, very informative and provided excellent service. I was even provided a ride to a nearby coffee shop while the work was being done. I will definitely return when I have other needs for my truck! Thank you RPM! Cindy

Very odd experience. Went in to help diagnose a shake we had with our car but they said they couldn’t figure out to get the shake. We replaced our brakes and then they said we needed coolant because it was low. This was odd because we did the coolant change within the past four months. We said no thank you to coolant. Went to another place to ask about coolant and they said it was full and clean. We did not need coolant. Very shady business. Same place also figured out the shake from the car. I would not suggest this place unfortunately.

Amazing shop to have work on your vehicle. Techs are very thorough in their repairs. Clunking noise is no longer happening in my steering wheel. Highly recommend for your service needs
