Called up to see if my warranty would cover a trunk strut and broken A/C and the lady said bring it in the owner is good with warranties and he will tell you. After bringing the car in I was told it would cost $516 to inspect it then after it being there a little over an hour I got a call saying it’s going to be $800 to inspect it and after all that to fix both was going to be another $3,000 and warranty only covered a small amount of that. So, I turned down the repairs and was told I still had to pay $800 for inspection and $250 deductible even though I wasn’t having repairs?? I said I was not happy with any of it and felt VERY mislead from the initial conversation and when I went to pick up my car it went down to $394 to have absolutely nothing done to the car besides being told I needed it repaired which I already knew. Unbelievable!!!

Rpm motors One of the reason l came to rpm was because of their reputation. Honesty and straight forward. They changed a suspected part, let me know in advance this was a 1st step and then we would go from there. In my case, it didn't work out for me. But the straight forward explanation allowed me to make a decision not to go farther in to my repair. Because it would not be cost effective. They could have milked this for quite the bill, but they dignified me by not draining my bank account. John Blake the service manager
